InsightReviews helps local businesses (cafes, salons, dentists, gyms) collect customer reviews via SMS at the point of sale. A clerk enters the customer phone number, we send a branded review link, and smart-route the response: happy customers (4-5 stars) get redirected to Google, Yelp, or Facebook to leave a public review. Unhappy customers (1-3 stars) stay private so the business can follow up before a bad review goes public. Includes a testimonial wall, staff management, and Stripe billing. Built with Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, and Twilio. Pricing starts at $79/mo per location with a 14-day free trial.

InsightReviews uses confetti animations to celebrate positive moments throughout the app. When a customer submits a 4 or 5-star review, a confetti burst plays on the thank-you screen to make the experience feel rewarding and fun. Business owners also see confetti on their dashboard when they hit review milestones like reaching 100 reviews or achieving a 4.5+ average rating. The confetti creates a delightful, celebratory user experience that reinforces positive engagement.
