Terms of Service for ConfettiSaaS

1. User Eligibility

By accessing or using ConfettiSaaS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your SaaS product incorporates confetti as a feature. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to submit or list your product.

2. Content Submission

Any data you submit to ConfettiSaaS will become publicly viewable upon approval. You retain the right to request edits or the removal of your submission by contacting us. We aim to process these requests promptly, but we cannot guarantee immediate action.

3. Accuracy and Accountability

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. ConfettiSaaS is not responsible for verifying the validity or correctness of the submitted content. Inaccurate submissions may be subject to removal or edits at our discretion.

4. Termination of Submissions

We reserve the right to remove or reject any submission at any time, with or without notice or explanation. While this is uncommon, it may occur if submissions do not meet our standards or violate these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

ConfettiSaaS makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of our services or your listing. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by service interruptions, listing errors, or omissions, although we strive to ensure a smooth and accurate experience.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of ConfettiSaaS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Sponsored Content

ConfettiSaaS offers sponsored listing opportunities for non-NSFW content. Sponsored listings are clearly labeled and will remain visible for the duration specified in your purchase (typically one month, unless otherwise stated). Extensions are available upon request, subject to availability. Sponsored spots are limited and may be subject to additional terms.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds for sponsored listings are available only if the listing has not yet been published or promoted to the ConfettiSaaS community. Once a listing has been made public, no refunds will be issued.

9. Payment Processing

We currently process payments through Gumroad.com, though we reserve the right to switch to a different provider, such as LemonSqueezy.com, in the future. Any changes to our payment processor will not affect ongoing sponsorship agreements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland (Berne).
